Miami Sephardic Club: The Mimouna Party
This event has passed.
Join the Miami Sephardic Club on Tuesday, April 30 for their third annual Mimouna Party, the largest celebration of its kind in the United States. Past events attracted over 500 guests, and this year promises to be even bigger.
The Mimouna is a tradition observed by Jews with Moroccan heritage, marking the end of Passover with an evening of food, lively music and good company. Traditionally, homes are filled with sweets and friends for a festive gathering.
Here's what to expect:
- Location: A spacious, air-conditioned venue in Miami Beach (exact location revealed closer to the date).
- Food & Drinks: Enjoy an abundance of drinks, traditional Moroccan sweets like muffalettas, and other delectable dishes.
- Music: A renowned Moroccan DJ will be spinning tunes to keep the party going.
- Entertainment: A full Turkish Bazaar with vendors selling unique clothing and jewelry, a hookah lounge and ample seating to create an authentic ambiance.
- Dress Code: Moroccan Formal attire is encouraged. Be creative and dress to impress. Arabic or Moroccan clothing accents are a great way to embrace the theme.
