REGISTRATION ASSISTANCE - To ensure a successful meeting, Miami Convention Services can provide professional registration personnel to assist with the following:

Rates begin at $13.00 per hour and up, depending on type of assistance required. Please contact us for rates.

CONCIERGE DESK/CITY INFORMATION - GMCVB personnel are available to staff city information desks on-site. Brochures highlighting attractions, shopping, tours and other amenities can also be made available on-site.

AIRPORT MEET/GREET - Airport greeters can be utilized at Miami International Airport on your group's peak arrival day(s).

RESTAURANT RESERVATIONS SERVICE - For meetings taking place at the Miami Beach Convention Center, a concierge kiosk is staffed with qualified personnel to provide city information and make reservations at area restaurants.

WELCOME ORIENTATION - This orientation program includes a slide show, detailed information on points of interest and how to get around Greater Miami and the Beaches.
