Vizcaya Museum and Gardens
Built in 1916 by agricultural industrialist James Deering, Vizcaya Museum and Gardens is not only a National Historic Landmark, but also accredited by the American Association of Museums. With over 30 rooms, Vizcaya’s vast collection of antique European furniture includes diverse pieces as well as various art pieces which correspond with the architectural integrity of the main estate. Outside of Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, enjoy picturesque views Biscayne Bay, the serene gardens surrounding the estate, and even colorful tropical orchids in the world famous David A. Klein Orchidarium.
