Arsht Center for the Performing Arts

The Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County, formerly called the Carnival Center for the Performing Arts, is a giant on the South Florida arts scene. Recognized as one of the largest performing arts centers in the United States, The Arsht Center features three theaters - the Ziff Ballet Opera House, the Knight Concert Hall and the Carnival Studio Theater - as well as a plaza perfect for outdoor performances. Several well-known performing arts companies make their home at The Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, including the Florida Grand Opera, the Miami City Ballet and the New World Symphony. The Cleveland Orchestra also performs at the Miami-Dade performing arts center during its Miami residency, while Broadway Across America brings a series of Broadway shows to The Arsht Center.
