1. Entry and Eligibility: No purchase necessary. This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Greater Miami CVB, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional agencies, Web site providers/webmasters and the immediate family members (and those living in their same households) of each employee are not eligible. Sweepstakes entrants agree to abide by the terms of these rules. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and is subject to all federal, state and local laws. This offer is void wherever prohibited or restricted by national, state or any other government laws. Limit one entry per person/e-mail address.

To enter, fully complete an official entry form located at the Greater Miami CVB web site (http://www.gmcvb.com). You will be asked to provide your first and last name, address, and e-mail address. You may only enter this Sweepstakes on-line. No other method of entry will be accepted. The Sweepstakes begins August 18, 2005 and ends October 5, 2005. All online entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on October 5, 2005. Proof of e-mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau. ("Sponsor").

2. Winner Selection: Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or before October 7, 2005, from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by e-mail, and/or mail within fourteen (14) days of selection. If winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries received.

Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Prizes will be awarded and winner will be notified by e-mail. Winners are required to respond to the e-mail notification within 72 hours. Winner will receive an email confirmation of their response. If winner is unreachable after 72 hours, or if winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries received. Prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions are allowed, except by the Sponsor who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable. Sponsor and its Affiliates assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of any prize.

3. Prize: One grand prize will be awarded to one winner including:

4. Prizes: Terms and Conditions. Grand Prize is valid from October 7, 2005 through October 7, 2006. Date, time & Day of week restrictions apply. All taxes, gratuities and incidental expenses are the responsibility of prizewinner. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets. These prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, assigned or substituted. All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner.

5. General Conditions: The Grand Prize winner will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release where lawful, and a Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days of notification. If documents are not returned timely, or if any prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if winner is found to be ineligible, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. By accepting a prize, winners grant permission for Sponsor, and those acting under its authority, to use his/her name, likeness, voice and/or hometown, for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation or review, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants and any travel companions they invite and bring agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability or injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from this Sweepstakes, any prize won or in any Sweepstakes-related activity.

Neither Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for late, incomplete, misdirected, returned, or undelivered entries, or for inability to access any Web site or on-line service, traffic congestion, miscommunications, failed computer, network, telephone, satellite or cable hardware or software or lines, or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or failure, whether caused by Web site users, tampering, or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in this Sweepstakes and assumes no responsibility for any errors, omission, deletion, defect, interruption or delay in operation or transmission or communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized Web site access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to participants or any other persons, computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. In its sole determination, Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with or abuses any aspect of the Sweepstakes or Web site, or who acts in violation of the Official Rules, or acts in any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any person. Should any portion of Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised by virus, software defects, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the Sponsor's sole opinion, corrupt or impair administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes, or submission of entries, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes and randomly select winners from valid Internet entries received prior to such action, in Sponsor's sole discretion.

In event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the winner will be the authorized account holder of the e-mail account used to enter the Sweepstakes. The potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. In event of all other disputes, sponsor the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau reserves the right to make any and all final judgments. All entries become the property of the Greater Miami CVB and will not be returned to entrant.

6. Winners List: Names of winners may be posted on the Web site on or about the October 7, 2005.
