| Art Deco Weekend
Art Deco Weekend is an annual celebration of all things Art Deco. Held in the Art Deco historic district of Miami Beach, Art Deco Weekend focuses on a different aspect of Art Deco-era arts and culture every year.
Art Deco Weekend kicks off with the Light Up the Drive nighttime parade on the world-famous Ocean Drive. Other Art Deco Weekend events include films, lectures, live concerts, childrens activities, arts and crafts, and guided tours of the Miami Beach National Register Historic District. Dogs and their human companions are invited to join in on the fun during Art Deco Weekends Arf Deco dog promenade.
Art Deco Weekend was founded by the Miami Design Preservation League in 1976. The Miami Beach street festival attracts nearly half a million visitors every year.
