Dozens of the Miami areas finest restaurants participate in Miami Spice Restaurant Month. All of them allow you to dine on a gourmet meal at a fixed price during Miami Spice Restaurant Month, many prepared by world-renowned chefs. Some fine dining establishments feature Miami Spice specials at lunch, while others offer the fixed-price menu only at dinner. Participating restaurants may offer Miami Spice Restaurant Month specials on different days of the week.

The annual Miami Spice Restaurant Month is a special promotion offered by the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau.
