A historic theater, centrally located in Downtown Coral Gables, convenient to major highways and business areas. Available for catered and cocktail receptions, seminars, meetings and performances. Podiums, microphones and technical support available. The Mainstage is 56’ wide x 30’ deep with a proscenium opening of 45’ and 22’6” at the highest point. Mainstage Theatre auditorium seats 600. The Balcony stage is 58' wide x 27' deep with a flexible proscenium opening of 50' and is 14' at the highest point. Balcony Theatre accommodates 300. Conference space also available in the new Black Box Theatre with 100 seats. Theater programming can be arranged in conjunction with meeting arrangements. Bayfront Park, a lush 32-acre, subtropical park is the host site for many special events and concerts. The maximum capacity for gated events is 25,000. The Bayfront Park Amphitheater is located within Bayfront Park and has a capacity of 10,000 for general admission shows. There are fixed benches with seating for 2,672 and the lawn makes up the remaining 7,328. The stage width is 94’ and the stage depth is 40’ at the center line. The Tina Hills Pavilion is also located within the park and is available for smaller concerts, receptions, corporate events and press conferences. Its 1,000 capacity is comprised of fixed seating for 200 and lawn seating for 800. Bicentennial Park, a 30-acre, open park with an event capacity of 45,000, is also located on beautiful Biscayne Bay, seven blocks north of Bayfront Park.

Established in 1944, the park is a tropical paradise nestled in the heart of the Redland District, just 35 miles south of Greater Miami. Surrounded by thousands of acres of tropical agriculture, the park is a showcase for South Florida’s agricultural community. More than 500 varieties of exotic fruits, herbs, spices and nuts from throughout the world are found in this lush 35-acre park. Visit the herb and vegetable garden, stroll through a shady banana grove, or become more knowledgeable about poisonous plants. The only public garden of its kind in the U.S. Guided tours are conducted daily. Special tours can be arranged during the week for schools and groups. Admission is $5 per adult and $1.50 per child under 12. Picnic facilities are available. Open daily year-round 10 a.m.-5 p.m. except Christmas.

The new Frost Art Museum was designed by internationally recognized architect Yann Weymouth of Hellmuth Obata + Kassabaum (HOK). The 46,000-square foot structure features a soaring three-story glass atrium entrance and a dramatically suspended staircase leading to the second and third floors. On the first level, the Steven & Dorothea Green Multi-Purpose Auditorium and Lecture Hall, which can accommodate 120-150 people, can be used for conferences, meetings, lectures and film screenings. Also on the ground floor the Kenan-Flagler Family Discovery Gallery and Museum Terrace, which accommodates 100, can be rented for various purposes. The entire museum building can also be reserved for private events. Please note: This venue is not available or open to the public until December 8, 2008.
