Fabulous wedding venues in Homestead, Redland and South Dade.

Ready to tie the knot? Go off the beaten path and explore wedding venues like historic homes, rustic chic farmstead and a luxurious castle.

Chateau Artisan

Dwyane Wade married Gabrielle Union at this fairytale-style castle in 2014. Located in Redland on 14 private acres complete with a lake and royal gardens, Chateau Artisan was built and designed by Charles Sieger in 2007. Resembling a French chateau with a massive koi pond, couples desiring a wedding fit for royalty must pay a pretty penny to rent out this stunner. Rumor has it that Wade and Union's nuptials cost upwards of $5 million. But when all is said and done you’ll feel like a celebrity.

Walton House

The fairytale theme continues as you’re instantly transported to a gorgeous swan lake at the Walton House. Built in 1917 by W.K. Walton, this English-style country cottage brings a bit of Old World charm to South Dade. The romantic coral rock swimming pool is flanked with a cascading waterfall and a lagoon that's home to elegant white swans. There's even a spacious Chickee hut and deck that overlooks the tropical paradise. Meander around the property and you'll spot flamingos, macaws and maybe even a monkey or two.

Schnebly Redland’s Winery & Brewery

Nestled inside a 30-acre tropical oasis, Schnebly Redland’s Winery & Brewery offers lush gardens and grounds for a farm-to-table affair. Choose from three elegant ceremony locations, each with enchanting views of the grand waterfall as well as the winery. All catering is provided by the renowned Redlander Restaurant.

Deering Estate

Once the home of American businessman and philanthropist, Charles Deering, the 444-acre Deering Estate is a waterfront oasis set amongst a lush tropical backdrop including a butterfly garden and nature trails. For a truly memorable event, couples and their wedding guests enjoy soaking up the lovely details of this stunning environmental, archaeological and historical preserve. Traverse the wooden gates and you'll immediately be transfixed by the Old World elegance of the Grand Stone Cottage and Richmond Cottage--both available for weddings and overlooking the picturesque waters of Biscayne Bay.

Thalatta Estate

Located on the waterfront off tree-lined Old Cutler Road, the Thalatta Estate is a historic Mediterranean Revival style mansion. Built in the 1920s, the main house offers stunning views of the grounds and Key Biscayne to the east. Descend down the grand staircase in the main house and you’ll surely make the grand entrance of your dreams. There’s also a carriage house, covered terrace, reflection pool, waterside promenade, ceremony site and lush tropical landscaping.

The Cooper Estate

You’ll forget you’re just outside the big city, in this lush tropical hideaway. Located in Redland, The Cooper Estate exudes a sophisticated charm with its native limestone manor set among exotic palm trees. You’ll find a sunken grotto with waterfalls and a romantic ambiance that your guests and wedding party will adore.

Paradise Farms

Escape to paradise where you’ll find an organic farm and botanical garden that will surely stir the romance. Paradise Farms features an open-air gazebo, bubbling fountains, Zen house and elegant wrought iron seating. And the best part—wedding guests will love the gourmet menu designed by the Paradise Farms in-house chef.

Estancia Culinaria

Explore beyond the rod iron gates at Estancia Culinaria and you'll discover one of South Dade's best kept secrets. A private farmstead with a coral rock chapel and more than 800 organic avacado trees, the property is owned by the Gabino family. Couples rave about the hospitality and personal attention they get when they book their wedding here.

Redland Farm Life

Escape to a simpler time that harkens back to that Old Florida era. Redland Farm Life sits on a five-acre parcel and overlooks a well-maintained, working farm. The enchanting butterfly garden and picturesque waterfalls provide a peaceful and quiet oasis for your nuptials.

Whether you say “I do” at a grand castle or a lush tropical garden, these romantic South Dade wedding venues have something for everyone.
