Keep your cocktail knowledge current with a seasonal cocktail class at db Bistro Moderne. “Brewed and Infused” showcases the award-winning restaurant’s newest cocktail menu, which changes with the seasons to take advantage of the freshest produce from local farms and markets. You’ll have fun while learning the latest in mixology as the head bartender prepares a selection of seasonal cocktails, explaining each step of the process—along with the inspiration behind the recipes.
Held in the restaurant’s Bar & Lounge, the class includes both brand-new recipes and modern twists on the classics. You’ll enjoy sample pours of each, while savoring bite-sized, seasonal canapés prepared by executive chef Clark Bowen. When the demonstration is over, the fun can continue as you’ll receive exclusive savings on all the new cocktails on the menu. Raise a toast to the evening with your new favorite drink, or move on to the dining room for the full db Bistro Moderne experience.
