MARCH
Winter Party Festival
Features an extraordinary six-day lineup of celebrity DJ's in a week filled with parties and events. More than 10,000 beautiful men and women from around the world fill Miami Beach for hot dance parties in top nightclubs, cocktail receptions, pool parties and more culminating with a beach dance party. Proceeds benefit the National Gay & Lesbian Task Force and local Miami-Dade LGBT organizations.
APRIL
Miami Gay & Lesbian Film Festival
The festival aims to enrich, entertain and educate the public, and encourage a sense of community throughout international and culturally diverse film, video and other media that offer historical and contemporary perspectives on the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered experience. Screenings and events mostly take place on South Beach, with satellite events scattered throughout the city over ten days and more than 65 films are screened.
Miami Beach Gay Pride
On famous Ocean Drive in Miami Beach in mid-April, more than 10,000 people will celebrate the Gay Pride Festival - a weekend dedicated to engage and raise awareness of Miami's vibrant GLBT community. This annual event brings together civic, community and business leaders and produces mass-appeal events and parties. The most famous event is the hugely popular Gay Pride Parade in South Beach, a big, bold, celebration of culture and pride that packs South Beach’s Ocean Drive.
MAY
Aqua Girl
Aqua Girl is a weeklong celebrating women and the issues that affect them through dance parties, live music, comedy shows, dining events and a VIP reception, all benefitting the Aqua Foundation. The monies raised through this dynamic party-fueled event go towards scholarships, grants, and initiatives for lesbian, bisexual, and transgender wellness and equality. Balance, party, play, and education at this festival of women’s empowerment.
Sizzle Miami
Sizzle Miami is a sizzling party for “men who love and adore men of color.” A 5-day smorgasbord of captivating day-time events, and pulsating nightlife taking place during Memorial Day Weekend, Sizzle Miami is a colorful party open to anyone interested in having a good time from dusk till dawn. Events include an “All White R&B Jazz Soiree,” “Sexy Yacht Boat Party,” and “Sizzling Watersports” just to name a few.
JULY
Miami Beach Bruthaz Conference
Annual summer circuit event held the third weekend in July on South Beach and focused around a central theme: "Knowledge, Culture, Fashion". Enjoy parties, workshops, networking and camaraderie among "bruthaz". There’s a long and eclectic list of events, but a few highlights include Sunday brunch on Ocean Drive, a rooftop pool party, and men’s fashion show.
NOVEMBER
White Party Week
