The purpose of Miami Art Month is to generate awareness of the dozens of smaller art fairs and ancillary events that take place in addition to Art Basel Miami Beach, which takes place over five days at the beginning of December. During the rest of the month, Miami’s galleries are bursting with art from around the world, and many special events take place throughout the city.

Art Basel provides the catalyst for an energetic art-filled month of gallery exhibits, street art, concerts, and much more. Will Ryman at Fairchild

Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden presents the unveiling of new, large-scale works by American artist Will Ryman, as part of its renowned, annual visual art program. This will be Mr. Ryman’s largest outdoor exhibition to date and will include three massive, new monochrome rose sculptures in blue, yellow, and red, ranging from five to 30 feet in height. An Art Basel satellite event.
