ENJOY AN ALCOHOL-FREE RECIPE SALTED THYME PALOMA
4 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
2 oz. Grapefruit Soda/Sparkling Water
1⁄4 oz of Fresh Lime
Salted Thyme Agave Syrup
Finely ground Black Lava Salted Rim

PREPARATION
Toasted 8-10 sprigs of fresh time. Add 1 pinch of salt (to taste) with 1 cup of agave and heat. Combine all
ingredients in a highball glass or large wine glass over ice and garnish with a half-moon grapefruit slice and fresh thyme sprigs.

COCKTAIL OPTION
BEST WITH: 2 oz. Tequila Herradura Silver ORDER ON DRIZLY / ORDER ON RESERVEBAR

PASSION FRUIT SPRITZ
2 oz Passion Fruit Juice
1⁄2 oz pineapple juice *Orange or Papaya would work here too. *
A squeeze of lime *Optional
1⁄2 oz - 3⁄4 oz Agave Nectar - to taste
4 oz Sparkling Water * Lime/grapefruit could also work here too. *

PREPARATION
Combine all ingredients (except the soda) into a wine glass or goblet. Top with 4 oz of soda water. With a
spoon, stir and lift from the bottom to ensure all ingredients are mixed well. Garnish with a slice of orange and pineapple fronds.

BEST WITH: 1.5 oz. Tequila Herradura Utra ORDER ON DRIZLY / ORDER ON RESERVEBAR
