Bourbon Maple Ham Sliders - Kaitlyn Moss

Woodford Bourbon Punch
1 1/2 ounce Woodford Reserve® Straight Bourbon Whiskey
2 ounce Lemonade
1 ounce Pomegranate Juice
1 Lemon Twist

Bourbon Sliders and Assembly
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 1/2 ounce Woodford Reserve® Straight Bourbon Whiskey ORDER ON DRIZLY / ORDER ON RESERVEBAR
2 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon roasted garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
TO TASTE salt and pepper
THICK CUT slices of ham
4-6 biscuits
BOTTLE grainy mustard

For the Woodford Reserve Bourbon Punch, combine ingredients into a tall glass with ice and stir. Garnish with a lemon twist.

STEP 1
Combine all glaze ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil.

STEP 2
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15-20 mins until the glaze reaches a syrupy consistency.

STEP 3
To make the sliders: On one-half of the biscuits place a few slices of ham. Top with the glaze. On the other half of the biscuit spread with the grainy mustard.
