Inspired by the idea of Aṣẹ, the West African concept relating to our power to produce change,"Aṣẹ: Afro Frequencies" (pronounced Ah-shay) celebrates the historical, social, and cultural aspects of the Black experience through the perspective of artists Vince Fraser and Ursula Rucker.  Employing unique applications of audio-visual, interactive technologies and boundary -pushing techniques to broadcast the frequencies of Fraser's core concepts out into the world, "Aṣẹ: Afro Frequencies" considers historical frameworks reimagined, broiught to life in a new digital performance context.  The immersive multi-sensory show is the latest in the ARTECHOUSE series of collaborations with some of the leading digital and performance artists.
