We’ll be kicking off the much beloved annual Deering Seafood Festival with an inaugural and exclusive cooking and dining experience—Chef’s Table on the Bay. Under the stars on the Estate’s beautiful courtyard, guests will start this very special evening with cocktails and an exquisite raw bar hosted by Golden Rule Seafood followed by a delicious multi-course gourmet meal including a course-by-course cooking demo, specialized wine pairings and signature cocktails.

The Deering Estate Foundation is delighted and honored to welcome back one of the very first Seafood Festival Chefs, award-winning Chef Cindy Hutson and her daughter Ashley Hutson of Ortanique. This dynamic duo will be demonstrating how to prepare a special, three-course delicious seafood meal for guest’s enjoyment while Michael Thaler from Breakthru Beverage will provide education on wine pairings from Martinis Fine Wine and Spirits with each course. To top it off, Michael will finish the evening with a signature bourbon cocktail lesson.
