This is the opening reception to celebrate art by joining Fringe Projects for a walking tour of the new series of billboards by New York-based artist Paul Anthony Smith; an immersive installation by Dominican-American artist Joiri Minaya; and an hypnosis film invention by artist Angel Lauren Garcia and others. Free public access. RSVP required.
