Spooky Clean Up

Join Miami Waterkeeper, in partnership with The International SeaKeepers Society, FRUGA and Historic Virginia Key Beach Park, for the annual Spooky Clean-Up on Saturday, October 26.

Help make a positive impact on the environment by removing marine debris from the shoreline of Historic Virginia Key Beach Park. All necessary supplies will be provided, but feel free to bring your own gloves and trash pickers. During the clean up, take a break at the pumpkin carving station or partake in spooky-themed activities for all ages. Show off your creativity with a Halloween costume and participate in the costume contest, with prizes for the most impressive outfits. After your hard work, enjoy complimentary beverages from FRUGA from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Conclude the event by witnessing the marine debris weigh-in.
