Frank Brangwyn at The Wolfsonian

The Wolfsonian-FIU presents Frank Brangwyn: Bringing the Empire Home, which spotlights the life and career of Frank Brangwyn (1867-1956). Celebrated as a versatile artist, his works vividly capture the many dimensions of Britain’s role as a colonial power and global trade giant during the time that the British Empire was beginning its slow collapse around the world.

 

Visit the Wolfsonian-FIU through May 27, 2019 to view this exhibition. Museum hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m., Wednesday - closed, Sunday 12 p.m. - 6 p.m. On Fridays, the museum is open from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. and is free between 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. Nearby garages and metered parking are available. Admission is $12 for adults; seniors, students with ID and children 6-18 are $8; children under 6 are free; students, faculty and staff of the State University System of Florida are free.
