This centrally located hotel is minutes away from the business district of Coral Gables, Miracle Mile, Coconut Grove and Miami Beach. Only five minutes from Miami International Airport and five miles from first-class shopping at the Dolphin Mall and Miami International Mall. Concierge service available 24 hrs to help plan your excursions to each of these destinations, arrange dining reservations, or to assist with any needs you may have. Shuttle service to the Airport and Port of Miami is available every day.

We wanted to take this opportunity to advise you of some operational changes resulting from COVID19. Our hotel is using disinfecting protocols and service measures. These were developed thru a partnership between leading expert from Ecolab and the CDC.

All guest rooms and hotel public areas are cleaned and disinfected as per the CDC guidelines. Our Staff has been expertly trained on these practices and strict accountability exist thru the utilization of comprehensive checklists and extensive supervision.

Miami Dade County is requiring that all guests wear face covering that cover the nose and mouth while in the hotels Public Areas.

COVID19 has impacted our Operations the following way:

  • For your safety and theirs ours staff is required to use Personal Protective Equipment including masks, gloves, and face shields when appropriate and is subjected to multi-point health screening prior to start their shift which includes the checking of body temperature.
  • We are proactively managing Social Distancing by directing the flow of guests at the Front Desk and in all Public Areas including the elevators and Pool area.
  • Our guest Rooms are completely disinfected and sanitized using the CDC guidelines and when possible, we allow 24 hours to pass from the time the room is cleaned to the time the guest room is occupied.
  • To limit the contact, Housekeeping service is Unavailable.
  • Trash pick-up will be from 12PM to 2PM daily, please leave your trash outside your door between these hours.
  • Dirty towels pick-up will be from 12PM to 2PM daily, please leave them inside a bag outside your door between these hours and a new set will be dropped off.
  • While all guests room amenities are still available, some items such as pens, notepads, laundry bags, cups, and coffee, and some toiletry items will be on request to ensure proper sanitation of each item.
