One of our Miami Boutique Hotels... Like many Miami Beach Art Deco hotels of the period, this hotel (built in 1941) was recruited and served its country by housing United States Air Force cadets from 1941-1949. Appropriately stylish, the dashing commander of the West Point Cadets housed at the hotel was none other than Captain Clark Gable. Flash forward to modern-day Miami Beach: true to its Art Deco roots, it is an oasis of charm and elegance amid trendy boutique hotels. The Master Suite is named in honor of Captain Gable and has been appointed in the fashion of a gentlemen's club suite. Located in a residential alcove, the hotel is ideal for travelers looking for a more secluded getaway in the heart of South Beach.
