Superblue is a groundbreaking new Experiential Art Center dedicated to producing, presenting, and engaging the public with one-of-a-kind immersive experiences in the Allapattah of Miami. We are looking for candidates to join our team who are curious - who have an appreciation for art, technology, Miami, and the intersectionality of the three. Candidates should have outstanding customer service skills - a friendly, relaxed, hospitable approach, gracious, and welcoming in greeting and engaging guests. We seek candidates who are intelligent, creative, self-aware, and have a sense of humor, style, and integrity – people who can enhance the experience and enjoyment for all. The Experiential Art Center is open 362 days a year and will have flexible scheduling for both full-time and part-time positions. We are now hiring for our upcoming busy season, Art Basel, and other exciting events! Come join us! Experience Guides ($10-$12/hour based on experience): • Your main role will be to welcome guests and provide ticketing, retail, and/or operations support. You’ll learn about our exhibitions so you can engage in conversation to draw out curiosity and excitement with visitors. • Ideally at least one year of customer service experience in the Arts / Entertainment / Hospitality / Customer Service industry preferred, along with Zendesk or similar customer service software experience. • You’ll need dependable transportation for holidays and late work hours as needed, as well as availability for at least one shift on holidays, evenings, and weekends. • Bilingual is a plus, as is a passion for the arts and entertainment!
