Miami is ready to Shine!

After months of quarantines, self-isolation and social-distancing (we’re still social-distancing by the way) it is time to get out there and explore. Miami is ready and the museums, attractions and parks listed below will help you make the most of your time in Greater Miami. We encourage you to visit their websites for hours and opening procedures as there are many new protocols with your health and safety in mind.

All Miami-Dade County beaches will be temporarily closed July 3-7, 2020.

The beaches and parks are open throughout Greater Miami. Before you grab your beach ball and hit the sand, make sure you review the latest safety measures. Group capacities, distancing measures and health safety guidelines are in place. Please review the current Travel Guidelines before heading out!

Art Deco Museum

The Miami Design Preservation League (MDPL)'s Art Deco Museum offers a rich historical experience into the unique architectural heritage of Art Deco. Learn about the major historic design styles of Miami Beach and browse the delightful gift shop located right in the heart of South Beach’s Ocean Drive. Face mask and social distancing required.

Gold Coast Railroad Museum

With more than 40 historic train cars, 3 miles of tracks and numerous exhibits, guests can explore the history of rail travel at the Gold Coast Railroad Museum. The museum is open only a few days a week with limited hours.

The Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science will astound visitors of all ages as they explore the wonders of the universe. Tarpoon Dive Centers offers PADI training and education to all skill levels. As the oldest dive shop in Florida, they are offering daily boat trips for divers and snorkelers alike. Reduced capacities and all health and safety measures are being observed.

Ocean Force Adventures

Offering small private guided boat tours, Ocean Force Adventures allows guests to explore iconic Miami landmarks from the water.
