Transportation to and from PortMiami for your cruise vacation is now easier than ever

Welcoming more cruise passengers than any other port in the world, PortMiami is known as the “Cruise Capital of the World.” Here’s what you need to know about getting to PortMiami from the airport or your hotel whether you are driving, parking, renting a car, using public transportation or taking a Lyft or Uber.

There is ample parking at PortMiami for vehicles of cruise passengers and a free, wheelchair accessible shuttle to pick-up passengers and their luggage from their cars and drop them off at their designated cruise terminal.

PortMiami Directions

If you’re driving to PortMiami and you need to plug that address into your GPS: 1015 North America Way, Miami, FL, 33132. Once you get to the port, follow signs to the cruise terminals.

Car Services and Taxis

Taxis work well getting you to PortMiami on time for your cruise. There is a flat rate fare between Miami International Airport and PortMiami for $27.

Then Metrorail’s Orange Line can take you to Downtown Miami’s Freedom Tower stop. From there, you can either catch the Coral Way Route Trolley or walk 1.5 miles. The City of Miami's Coral Way Route stops at the port every 15 to 20 minutes Monday through Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
