CVLTVRA is born from a combination of trips, experiences and memories from Latin America. Serving as executive chef of the Miami restaurant is Fabian Di Paolo, who has cooked with chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten at the W Hotel in Washington, D.C.

At CVLTVRA, Chef Di Paolo prides himself in the quality and handling of his ingredients, working closely with local and artisan producers that offer fresh and unique options that stay true to its Latin food roots while still being inspired from the Mediterranean food market.

The CVLTVRA Restaurant is located in downtown Miami and is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night dining. Guests of CVLTVRA will experience meze-style dining, where each visitor curates a meal from two or three dishes to share with the table.
