Planta is an upscale, plant-based, fine-dining restaurant in South Beach’s South of Fifth neighborhood. Chef David Lee offers innovative vegan cuisine, prepared with high-quality products from ethical suppliers. The dinner menu includes maki rolls, stuffed with green papaya and ahi watermelon; pizza with cashew mozzarella and truffle oil; small plates, including samosas and shiitake dumplings; and large plates, like their famous planta burger. A weekday lunch menu and Saturday-Sunday brunch menu are also available.
