Located 30 miles south of Downtown Miami, you will find the small town of Homestead, with a larger-than-life atmosphere that is home to the Miami Brewing Company and many other family-centric businesses. People are drawn to this out-of-the-way location with its subtropical weather all year round and love the fact that it boasts one of the best breweries in Miami, the Miami Brewing Company.

A Unique Approach

If you want something different that you cannot find anywhere else, you will discover it in the brews at the Miami Brewing Company. This brewery has a strong commitment to local tastes and flavors. In fact, the company was inspired by Miami and everything it has to offer. Local flavors are poured into every batch of brew to produce truly unique specialty beers.

A Rich History

The Miami Brewing Company first opened in 2011 and its roots in the community go even deeper. Founder Peter Schnebly loves the Miami area and all it has to offer. He started up Schnebly’s Redland Winery in 2003 and specialized in using local fruit.

Schnebly was aware that in other areas of the country craft breweries were a hot business. He combined his passion for brewing with local ingredients and his urge to bring craft brew to Miami, creating the Miami Brewing Company.

The two businesses share the same site, which means a stop here offers a little something for everyone. It is the ideal location to please both beer and wine drinkers. In 2014, Schnebly’s RedLander Restaurant was added, so both the winery and brewery serve lunch and dinner.
