Bourbon Steak

Located inside the JW Turnberry, Bourbon Steak is the brainchild of James Beard Award-winning chef and restaurateur, Michael Mina. Guests at this elevated American steakhouse are greeted by a glittering foyer and a sultry atmosphere: Think rich, varnished hardwoods, smoked glass, tufted leather banquettes and floor-to-ceiling collections of Wine Spectator Award-winning wines. Everything here is made in house, and if you visit on the right day, you might even find Wade or Haslem in the kitchen just for fun. Also, don’t miss their weekly specials from “MVP Mondays” to “Wingin’ It Wednesdays” where you can devour their much-loved wood-fired wings.

The star of the restaurant is a fish sommelier who sources the freshest seafood available from Greece and Florida, so you can’t miss their simply prepared fish dishes and tiger prawns. A nice touch: diners can choose their desired fish from a roving, tableside cart.
