Miami's Best Rooftop Restaurants & Bars
- August 15, 2025
The views in Greater Miami & Miami Beach are always impressive, but from above, they’re absolutely unforgettable. One of the most-memorable ways to soak it all in is with a refreshing cocktail in hand and flavorful dishes at your fingertips at a rooftop bar or restaurant. We've rounded up some of our favorite spots to help you elevate your experience – literally and in style.

A Sky-High Setting at Rosa Sky
Set 22 stories high, the appropriately named Rosa Sky is an underrated gem in Brickell. Located at the AC & Element Miami Brickell hotels, it’s a sleek indoor-outdoor lounge lit up in pink and featuring stunning views of the city. The signature Rosa Sky cocktail is made with strawberry and lemongrass vodka, citrus and fresh strawberries and finished with a rose-shaped ice cube. Pair it with some of their tapas-style bites for the perfect happy hour with friends. Menu items include Buffalo chicken empanadas, Cuban cigars (Cuban sandwiches in egg roll form) and skirt steak tacos.
Biscayne Bay Panoramas at Klaw
Located inside the historic Miami Woman's Club in Edgewater, Klaw is a high-end restaurant known for its aged steaks and freshly flown-in king crab. While the steakhouse on the second floor is stunning, the rooftop bar on the fourth floor steals the show. With views of Biscayne Bay and Miami Beach in the distance, it’s one of those spots whose ambiance falls perfectly between elegant and relaxed. The happy hour menu (daily from 4-7 p.m.) features discounted drinks and bites. Order some oysters and sit outside on the patio for the perfect Miami experience.

Sweet Views at Sugar
Located on the 40th floor of the EAST, Miami hotel at Brickell City Centre in Brickell, Sugar boasts one of the highest perches of any restaurant in the destination with sweeping 360-degree views of Miami. This see-and-be-seen Asian-inspired spot features a menu of top-shelf spirits and perfectly crafted cocktails, like the Left On Read, made with tequila, fino sherry, watermelon and tomato water. It’s a perfect spot for a romantic date night. Order a couple of sushi rolls to share while watching the sun set over Miami.

Sunset and Marina Views at Bellini
Owned by the renowned hospitality and restaurant brand Cipriani, Mr. C Miami – Coconut Grove hotel is more than just one of the area’s prettiest hotels. Its yacht-inspired building is home to Bellini, a lovely rooftop Italian restaurant and bar named after the sparkling aperitif famously created by the Cipriani family, making a Bellini the perfect drink order. Guests feel like they are perched above the Coconut Grove tree line, with views of Biscayne Bay and the marina below. Sunsets here are spectacular and pair beautifully with the freshly made pastas and Italian seafood dishes on the menu.

Tapas & Cocktails at Level 6
Level 6 is the cooler, funkier sister of Amal, the restaurant located just below. From its sixth-floor perch in Coconut Grove (hence the name Level 6), the views are of sparkling Biscayne Bay and beyond. The Spanish tapas menu makes it a great spot for groups, especially during the Sunset Hour, daily from 5-7 p.m., when you can enjoy discounted tapas, cocktails and wine by the glass. The tasty cocktail menu includes the Beso de Fuego, made with Patrón Reposado tequila, passionfruit, lime, jalapeno and agave. Add a few small dishes to share, from pan con tomate to Iberico belota, and you have a perfect afternoon or evening in Miami’s oldest neighborhood.
Rum & A Rooftop Pool at Sipsip Rum Bar
