One of the biggest features is coming soon. With development underway, the Miami Beach Convention Center will soon offer the ease and convenience of a new Grand Hyatt Miami Beach. Located adjacent to the convention center and connected by a climate-controlled, elevated skybridge, the hotel will have 800 rooms with 52 suites, many offering beautiful views of Miami Beach. Guests of the Headquarter Hotel will be able to enjoy a resort-style pool, signature restaurant, beautifully appointed and spacious lobby bar and lounge, and retail shops at street level.

Booking Incentive

Limited Time Offer

This incentive qualifies for any new bookings made before September 30, 2026 and actualized before September 30, 2027 within the months of June 1st and September 30th with either 50 or 100 rooms per night for a 3 night stay minimum.

Initial RFP must be sent to the GMCVB directly for approval to qualify. Incentive will be paid after program ends and audited official rooming list is received and approved by the GMCVB.
