    Hosting your next meeting, event or conference in Downtown Miami or Brickell offers not only exceptional views of Biscayne Bay and the destination’s famed skyline, but some of the best accommodations and most flexible spaces in Greater Miami and Miami Beach. Visitors can enjoy easy access to the top restaurants, bars, shops and parks for off-site exploration, team building, group meals and networking mixers. Here are some of the best options in these neighboring hubs to help you plan your next function.

    Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County

    The Adrienne Arsht Center is already well-known for hosting a popular annual program of performances, shows and concerts, but you can also book the venue for your own special event, showcase or meeting:

    • 10 meeting rooms
    • Classrooms for smaller meetings, breakout sessions or conferences
    • Seating for 2,400 guests within the Ziff Ballet Opera House
    • Audiences of up to 2,200 and up to 350 on the stage itself at the John S. and James L. Knight Concert Hall
    • Seating for 200 at the more intimate Carnival Studio Theater
    • The Peacock Education Center houses a 3,500-square-foot workshop and classroom space
    • The Peacock Foundation Studio offers rehearsal space for 300, and a full-service, 88-seat restaurant and bar called Teatro is available to rent on non-performance days
    • Outside, you can rent the plazas for cocktail-style receptions of up to 700 or 350 for seated dinners 

    InterContinental Miami

    A premier meeting and event space located in the heart of Downtown Miami, InterContinental Miami is capable of hosting corporate conferences, networking sessions, elegant galas, board meetings, special events and more. For a turnkey experience, room blocks with discounted rates are available. In-house catering packages can also accommodate a variety of on-site affairs. Meeting planners can choose from these options:

    • 135,000 square feet of space
    • 35 meeting room configurations
    • For intimate meetings: rooms for groups of 10
    • The Grand Ballroom can host receptions for 2,000 guests
    • The 35,000-square-foot rooftop terrace: An incomparable setting, with views of Downtown Miami's decorated skyline, Biscayne Bay and the Freedom Tower

     The InterContinental Miami also offers easy walkability to a mix of Downtown Miami dining and shopping at Miami Worldcenter, as well as Bayfront Park and Bayside Marketplace.

    • 200,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space
    • 18 indoor and outdoor venues
    • Smaller rooms for meetings of just 10 people
    • Full buyouts for galas or conferences of up to 5,000 invitees
    • The East Portico is equipped for cocktail receptions of up to 1,200 guests or seated dinners for 500
    • The Kirk Landon and Pamela Garrison Terrace can accommodate 1,000 in a theater capacity, receptions for 1,200 guests and banquets for 500 attendees

    Four Seasons Hotel Miami

    A mainstay on the vibrant Brickell Avenue, just minutes from the action and hotels in Downtown Miami, the Four Seasons Hotel Miami merges tropical vibes with cosmopolitan energy in a luxurious setting. Choose from the following:

    • 14,931 square feet of space
    • 12 elegant meeting space venues
    • The Grand Ballroom totals 5,830 square feet and can be set up reception-style for 525 guests, for banquets of up to 456, as a classroom for 216 and as a theater for 528
    • A pre-function space for networking and cocktail hours
    • An outdoor area with views of Brickell and Biscayne Bay for gatherings of up to 250 guests.

    Brickell Arch

    A trendy tower that balances business and leisure, the 36-story Brickell Arch hotel has a sophisticated atmosphere housed in an urban setting:

    • 45,890 square feet of versatile event and meeting space, both indoor and outdoor
    • 19 total meeting rooms
    • The main ballroom spans 3,869 square feet and features floor-to-ceiling windows with dramatic views of Biscayne Bay, and can accommodate receptions of 400 guests, banquets of 300 or can be set up classroom-style for 213 guests or theater-style for groups of 380
    • The pool’s upper-level spans 6,959 square feet for receptions for 200 guests or banquets of up to 100 seated
    • The lower pool level measures 1,520 square feet and can host banquets for 60 or receptions for 100

    Novotel Miami Brickell

    Novotel Miami Brickell is a sustainable retreat boasting modern tranquility just 2 blocks from the Financial District – and the best restaurants in Brickell. Meeting planners can choose from the following:

    • 12,000 square feet of meeting and event space
    • 8 meeting rooms
    • 2,070-square-foot of space in the Skyline Ballroom, which is suitable for receptions for 200 guests and banquets for 120, or can be styled as a classroom for 90 or theater for 150.
