Situated inside a historic coral stone building in the heart of Coral Gables’ Miracle Mile downtown district, the Coral Gables Museum makes for a unique meeting venue.

A pillar of the local community with its own events programming, the team at the museum is well-versed in event planning and knows how to make the most of the museum’s indoor and outdoor spaces.

In addition to its gallery spaces, the museum is home to 5,000 square feet of event space with three meeting rooms (the largest of which is 1,500 square feet), as well as the gorgeous Giralda Plaza, ideal for a cocktail reception. The museum can host receptions for up to 200 people.

Plan your meeting or event inside an integral piece of Coral Gables history. The Coral Gables Merrick House was the childhood home of George Merrick, the visionary developer of the “City Beautiful.”

Managed by the City of Coral Gables, the 14-room home features a kitchen, dining room, sun room and a lovely wraparound porch and veranda. It can be rented for special meetings and events with a maximum capacity of 50 people.

Originally built in 1903 as a frame house on an acre of land with additions made in 1910, this historic house been preserved and restored to its 1920s era. The lush grounds include a historic grotto, garden and lily pond.
