Arlo Wynwood

The MICHELIN-recommended Arlo Wynwood was the first hotel to open in Wynwood in 2022, and it’s only 6 miles from the Miami International Airport. In addition to its 2,666-square-foot restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, it offers a variety of flexible use spaces, such as an indoor-outdoor lounge on the third level, a stunning rooftop pool and bar, a pool table, gym, three meeting rooms and a theater with an 80-person capacity. The penthouse terrace offers incredible skyline views, while the rooftop offers abundant space for large parties.

Mayami

Mayami is one of the most sought after Wynwood restaurants, as it offers upscale Mexican fusion cuisine – and it's also a nightclub. The perfect spot to celebrate a birthday or office celebration, this venue is famous for its weekend brunches and festive dinner shows, featuring fire dancers and live musicians.

Groups of 15 or more can receive a customized experience. It offers multiple dining spaces to choose from, and full buyouts are available for up to 600 people – 150 fit indoors for a Mayan cocktail reception and up to 70 people fit outdoors on the patio.

Wynwood Marketplace

Wynwood Marketplace is an open-air market which is great for a casual outdoor meetup. It’s open Fridays through Sundays – until 3 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays – and offers built-in amenities like bars, food trucks, live music, DJs, unique art backdrops (shipping container shops and murals) and activities like pickleball or skating in its colorful roller skating rink. Bakehouse Art Complex

The Bakehouse Art Complex is a non-profit organization that opened in an old bakery in Wynwood back in 1986. For the past few decades, it has offered artists affordable studio and exhibition spaces. Pastis

Mana Wynwood

Mana Wynwood is the venue to visit if you need a huge space – it spans six acres. It’s often used for internationally recognized events, such as Miami Music Week and Miami Art Week, for its proximity to the airport. Visitors come here for a multitude of events, including concerts, galas, art exhibitions, trade fairs, conventions and even large-scale filming productions. There’s a smaller space on hand called Mana Wynwood 320, which serves for more intimate gatherings.

AC Hotel Miami Wynwood

AC Hotel Miami Wynwood is a four-star Marriott hotel actually located in the neighboring Miami Design District – an area known for its many art galleries – and it’s only about 1 mile from The Shops in Midtown, Miami. Built in 2019, this hotel offers a sleek, modern design, free Wi-Fi, on-site fitness and business centers, a lounge with Spanish tapas and a bar at the outdoor pool deck area.

There are also five meeting rooms (big enough for approximately 40 people each) – including a rooftop and art space – to choose from totaling nearly 3,700 square feet of meeting space.

El Patio Wynwood is an outdoor Latin club, open every day from 5 p.m. until 3 a.m. Every night of the week, you’ll find a different theme of music to dance to – from salsa to alternative. Manta Wynwood

Manta Wynwood is a meetup spot where you can indulge in authentic Peruvian cuisine – with Nikkei influences – as well as partake in happy hour in a lively ambiance. A private room is available for special occasions, or networking events, which can accommodate up to 80 guests. It includes a state-of-the-art sound system and three HD projection screens.
