From August 1 Through September 30, Restaurants Throughout Greater Miami and Miami Beach Will Offer Prix-Fixe Menus Alongside New Miami Spice Reserve Experiences and Limited-Edition Collaborations

MIAMI, FL (July 20, 2026) – The Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau (GMCVB) announces the 25th edition of Miami Spice Restaurant Months from August 1 through September 30, 2026. This year’s program features three-course prix-fixe menus at a minimum of 30% savings at more than 300 participating restaurants, alongside new Miami Spice Reserve experiences and exclusive offerings.

Launched in 2002 with just 56 participating restaurants, Miami Spice has grown into one of the destination’s most anticipated culinary programs. Last year, it welcomed a record 387 restaurants. For 2026, the program debuts an updated pricing structure, with brunch and lunch menus priced at $40 and dinner menus ranging from $50 to $65. Participating restaurants span neighborhoods throughout the destination, from Michelin-recognized restaurants and acclaimed fine dining destinations to longtime local favorites and notable newcomers. New this year, Miami Spice Reserve introduces a premium tier featuring elevated prix-fixe and tasting menu experiences beginning at $95. Select participating restaurants will also offer optional wine pairings featuring Louis Pommery California sparkling wine and Château La Gordonne rosé.

Miami Spice also continues its support of Camillus House, the official nonprofit beneficiary of Miami Spice’s 25th season. Throughout the program, participating restaurants are given the opportunity to feature QR codes on their menus that allow diners to make donations supporting the nonprofit’s mission of providing meals, shelter, housing and other essential services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness across South Florida. To celebrate the program’s 25th edition, Miami Spice has partnered with The Tank Brewing Co., Tabañero and Voodoo Doughnut to debut three limited-edition collaborations. The Tank Brewing Co.’s Miami Spice Lager pays tribute to the chefs, restaurants and diners who have shaped the program over the past quarter century; Florida-based Tabañero has crafted a Signature Xtra Heat hot sauce that adds a fitting kick to Miami Spice; and Voodoo Doughnut has introduced its Holla at Chamoy, a Miami-inspired doughnut creation featuring mango chamoy filling and a sweet-and-spicy chamoy and habanero coating, available fresh daily at its Wynwood location from August 1-September 30.Miami Spice also continues its support of Camillus House, the official nonprofit beneficiary of Miami Spice’s 25th season. As a Miami Spice partner, Uber Eats will offer in-app deals throughout the program at select participating restaurants.

Additional Program highlights include:

• Miami Spice Reserve: New for the 25th season, Miami Spice Reserve introduces a premium tier for restaurants with higher everyday price points and elevated culinary experiences. Reserve menus begin at $95 and are designed for refined prix-fixe and tasting menu experiences.
• Celebrating 25 Years of Miami Spice: The milestone season brings together many of the restaurants that have helped define Miami Spice over the past quarter century, including Novecento Brickell in its 24th season and A Fish Called Avalon in its 21st. Other longtime participants include Mareva1939 at the National Hotel (20 years); Essensia at The Palms Hotel & Spa (17 years); 94th Aero Squadron Restaurant (17 years); Novecento Key Biscayne (17 years); Old Lisbon Sunset Drive (16 years); BALEENkitchen (15 years); Jaguar (15 years); Talavera Cocina Mexicana (15 years); Truluck’s Ocean’s Finest Seafood and Crab (14 years); and Bulla Gastrobar Coral Gables (14 years).
• Michelin Moments: Miami Spice makes many of the destination’s Michelin-recognized restaurants more accessible during the summer, including L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, Stubborn Seed, Ariete Restaurant, Cote Korean Steakhouse, Le Jardinier Miami, Azabu Japanese Restaurant, Double Luck and Tâm Tâm.
• Beyond the Menu: For diners looking to elevate their Miami Spice experience, select restaurants will offer exclusive signature experiences. These include Chef Adrianne’s Vineyard Restaurant and Bar’s interactive chef’s table experience for just 10 guests, Bargean Miami’s Mediterranean Sushi Chef’s Voyage, DOYA’s chef-hosted family-style dinner, SORA by Hotel Collection’s Bluefin Tuna Cutting Ceremony, and intimate omakase experiences at Uchi Miami and Uchiko Miami Beach.
• Fresh Faces at The Table: This year’s lineup includes a wave of first-time participants, including Michelin-recognized Vietnamese restaurant Tâm Tâm; Maple & Ash, known for its lively atmosphere and indulgent approach to dining; Grand Public Kitchen & Bar, one of Coconut Grove’s most talked-about new openings; Da Angelino, the first Italian concept from Graspa Group and Ariete Hospitality Group; and The Mexican, the acclaimed Dallas import bringing refined Northern Mexican cuisine to Brickell Key.
• Good Taste, Greater Impact: The 2026 program spotlights sustainability through participating restaurants that prioritize local sourcing, food waste reduction, composting and reduced single-use plastics. New this year, the program is partnering with Compost for Life and Glass for Life to divert food scraps and glass from landfills, and with Food Rescue US to connect surplus food with local shelters and pantries. Select restaurants have also earned certifications and recognition from organizations including the Surfrider Foundation's Ocean Friendly Restaurants program, Green Restaurant Association, Snail of Approval and Rethink Food, helping advance environmentally conscious dining practices across Greater Miami and Miami Beach.
