American Folk: St. Philip's

Join Seraphic Fire for an evening dedicated to American folk music. Under the direction of conductor Patrick Dupre Quigley, this performance showcases the Grammy-nominated vocal ensemble interpreting some of America's most iconic folk songs, including This Land is Your Land, Simple Gifts, Farther Along and My Darlin' Clementine. The program also features Hymnodic Delays by Ingram Marshall, one of Seraphic Fire's most requested pieces, which draws inspiration from 18th-century American folk hymns.

Part of Seraphic Fire's 2025-2026 season, this concert takes place on Friday, February 20 at St. Philip's Episcopal Church. Single tickets will go on sale in August.
