The Fontainebleau Miami Beach is one of Miami Beach's most iconic properties. This oceanfront resort in Mid Beach has several restaurants, LIV nightclub, a lavish poolscape (there are six outdoor pools), Lapis Spa and a fitness center.

Pet Policy: Nonaggressive domestic pets only. Pet can weigh a maximum of 50 pounds.

Price: There is a $100 one-time, nonrefundable cleaning fee (waived for service animals with proof of certification). 

Pet Amenities: Dog perks include a complimentary dog tag with return-to information, an on-site oceanfront dog park and in-room pet movies on demand.

Sonesta Select Miami Lakes

Located near quaint Main Street in Miami Lakes, the Sonesta Select Miami Lakes is a perfect place to call home when visiting this mainly residential northwest Miami-Dade County neighborhood. With spacious rooms and suites, it’s a comfortable hotel with all the amenities you might need, including in-room desks, mini fridges, a pool and a gym.

Pet Policy: Two well-behaved pets of any size per room.

Price: $75 per stay plus a $100 refundable deposit.

Pet Amenities: As part of Pets Are Welcome at Sonesta (PAWS), beds, bowls, waterproof mats and treats are provided at check-in.

Kimpton Hotels

Kimpton is one of the most pet-friendly hotel groups, and Miami boasts four Kimpton properties. In South Beach, you’ll find the Kimpton Surfcomber on Collins Avenue, Kimpton Angler's Hotel on Washington Avenue, and Kimpton Hotel Palomar South Beach near Sunset Harbour. Make your way to Downtown Miami and Kimpton EPIC Miami, a luxurious retreat that’s home to Kimpton EPIC Privai Spa and the popular Japanese restaurant Zuma.

Pet Policy: Kimpton’s Miami hotels has no limit on the number of pets allowed and proudly welcome all kinds of pets – no matter their size, weight or breed. Basically, if your pet fits through the door, they’re invited to enjoy a paw-fect stay.

Pet Amenities: VIP (Very Important Pet) amenities include plush doggy bed loaners, toys, food, courtesy bags for walks, and water bowls and mats. You can also expect nightly turn-down service with treats. A concierge can give you a list of nearby pet-friendly restaurants, parks, groomers and pet boutiques. Your pets are also welcome at the hotel’s nightly complimentary wine receptions.

Loews Miami Beach and Loews Coral Gables

The Loews Miami Beach and Loews Coral Gables hotels love their furry guests just as much as their human counterparts. These family-friendly resorts offer guest rooms with chic mid-century flair and many dining options. On South Beach, relax at a sprawling lagoon-style oceanfront pool with luxurious cabanas and an on-site spa, while in Coral Gables, you can take in lovely views of the Miami skyline while being centrally located.

Pet Policy: Maximum of two pets per room. Each pet must be under 75 pounds.

Price: $50 one-time fee per stay at Miami Beach; $75 one-time fee per stay at Coral Gables.

Pet Amenities: The Loews Loves Pets Program includes such pet amenities as a pet tag, bowl and special treat upon arrival. It also offers an in-room menu for pets with gourmet pet-friendly dishes by the Loews culinary team. Dog-walking routes and doggy pickup bags are also available from the concierge.

The Standard Spa, Miami Beach

Situated on beautiful and serene Belle Isle, just off Miami Beach and overlooking Biscayne Bay, The Standard Spa, Miami Beach is a hip wellness retreat boasting an impressive spa with a hammam, yoga classes and workshops. Dogs are welcome at their bayfront pool and outdoor Lido Bayside restaurant, which are popular among Miami locals who enjoy sipping frosé while they soak up the sun.

InterContinental Miami

The InterContinental Miami, a waterfront hotel in the heart of Downtown Miami, offers easy access to Miami International Airport and PortMiami. It’s ideal for those looking to stay on the mainland, and it’s very pet-friendly. It features the luxurious mySpa, a gorgeous rooftop pool area and Toro Toro restaurant by celebrity chef Richard Sandoval.

Pet Policy: All dogs of any size are welcome.

Price: $100 nonrefundable cleaning fee per pet.

Pet Amenities: Bowls and fresh dog food from Yum Pup. Staff members often carry treats to win your dog's loyalty. You’ll also have access to custom Bark Boxes that contain treats, toys and a snazzy bandana. Plus, the Paws Patio doggy networking party every Wednesday evening serves special treats to pups and cocktails to their human companions.

Hyatt Centric South Beach Miami

Just a block away from the ocean in the heart of South Beach, you’ll find the chic Hyatt Centric South Beach Miami, filled with Spanish-Mediterranean influence and carefree vibes. Near the Lincoln Road shopping, dining and entertainment district, it’s perfectly located for a dreamy stay, making it easy for you to explore South Beach. The hotel offers free bike rentals, umbrellas and lounge chairs on the sand.

Pet Policy: The hotel welcomes dogs under 20 pounds, two pets maximum per room.

Price: $175 per pet; a $100 deep cleaning fee may be charged at checkout.

Pet Amenities: There are many pet amenities like the special WOOFTOP where pet parents can order Mutt Mojitos while the dogs unwind and play. There is also a dog park on the third floor. Water bowls, toys and sanitary bags are complimentary.

Hilton Miami Dadeland

Hilton Miami Dadeland in Kendall is simple and understated. There’s a pool and a fitness center, and it’s located down the street from Dadeland Mall, where you’ll find many stores and restaurants.

Pet Policy: The maximum weight allowed is 75 pounds; dogs and cats are welcome.

Price: 1-4 nights is $75; 5+ nights is $125.

Acqualina Resort & Residences On The Beach

The luxurious Acqualina Resort & Residences On The Beach in Sunny Isles Beach exudes elegance with its pristine beachside location. Grab a drink at the lovely lobby bar before enjoying a meal at one of the on-site restaurants: Ke-Uh, Avra Miami and Il Mulino New York. The resort has three oceanfront swimming pools, including one just for adults.

Pet Policy: Pets with proof of current vaccines, 25 pounds and under and measuring not more than 14 inches are welcome. Pets must be on a leash at all times while on the hotel’s grounds and are permitted only in the porte-cochere, designated pet-walking areas and guest rooms or suites.

Price: $150 one-time nonrefundable fee.

Pet Amenities: Pet-walking services are available (fees apply; contact the concierge to make arrangements).

Miami Airport Marriott

Miami Airport Marriott, welcome both two and four legged guests. Lounge by the pool or workout in their fitness center. Dining options include Cane Fire American fare and grab-and-go bites from MIA’s Pantry. Need a ride from the airport? The free shuttle will take you from Miami International Airport to the hotel.

Pet Policy: Allows 2 pets up to 50 pounds. Both dogs and cats are welcome.

Residence Inn at Miami Airport

Also located a short distance from the airport, Residence Inn at Miami Airport offers a complimentary shuttle from Miami International Airport to the hotel. Dine in one of the three onsite restaurants, relax by the pool or break out a sweat at their gym.

Pet policy: The hotel allows a maximum of two pets that weigh up to 50 pounds. Both dogs and cats are welcome.

Pet Amenities: The hotel features pet-friendly areas, including a designated Pet Walk, waste disposal stations, and a "Pet in Room" sign to hang outside your door. For added convenience, there are lower floors specifically reserved for guests traveling with pets.

Courtyard at Miami Airport

Courtyard at Miami Airport, also located near Miami International Airport, provides free airport shuttle service. Watch a game while you dine at the onsite Champions Sports Grill. Take advantage of the outdoor pool or unwind at the gym.

Aloft Miami Brickell

Aloft Miami Brickell offers a stylish, centrally located stay in the heart of Brickell, just minutes from top dining, shopping, entertainment and major attractions like Bayside Marketplace and Brickell City Centre.
