Greater Miami and Miami Beach needs YOU to keep our visitors happy and our tourism economy strong.

As the official destination sales and marketing organization for Greater Miami and Miami Beach, the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau (GMCVB) is responsible for bringing millions of visitors to our wonderful destination.

The GMCVB, along with our interlocal partners at the Miami Beach Visitor & Convention Authority (MBVCA) and Greater Miami Hotel & the Beaches Association (GMBHA) and Greater Miami-Dade Gay & Lesbian Chamber (MDGLC), are committed to ensuring that all guests experience excellence in customer service when visiting Greater Miami and Miami Beach.

The Miami Beach Visitor and Convention Authority, in partnership with Forbes Travel Guide, is proud to provide this free resource, and available to all hospitality employees. These online webinars are offered for employees in both Frontline and Leadership roles, with training conducted by a Forbes Travel Guide Executive Trainer. Digital Badges are issued upon successful participation.

October 7, 2024 | Leadership Session
Designed for Managers & Leadership
This free virtual hospitality training session is offered quarterly, with the next session scheduled to take place Monday, October 7, 2024 at 1:00 pm. The topic for this session will be "The Art of Conversation”: The Power of Word Choice; Coaching Language and Coaching the Coach: Accountability Conversations; Explaining the “Why" and will be 90 minutes in duration, followed by a 15-minute Q&A with your Forbes Travel Guide Executive Trainer.


October 7, 2024 | Front-line Session 
Designed for Staff/Front-line Level Employees
This free virtual hospitality training session is offered quarterly, with the next session scheduled to place Monday, October 7, 2024 at 3:30 pm. The topic will be "The Art of Conversation”: The Power of Word Choice; Genuine Interest; Being Present. This session will be 60 minutes in duration, followed by a 15-minute Q&A with your Forbes Travel Guide Executive Trainer.
