Location: Miami Beach Convention Center (MBCC)
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 annually

The Sales Revenue Manager supports revenue optimization, sales analytics, business evaluation, and market research at the MBCC and Campus. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, this role collaborates with Finance, Event Services, GMCVB, and venue partners to ensure achievement of revenue targets and continuous improvement in sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead revenue management strategies, pricing analysis, and forecasting.
- Develop dashboards, BI reports, and financial performance tracking tools.
- Collaborate with GMCVB on economic impact analysis and market research.
- Analyze industry trends, competitive pricing, and booking parameters.
- Integrate data across CRM, finance, and booking systems (Momentus, Power BI, etc.).
- Design AI-driven workflows and support automation initiatives.
- Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders and leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in revenue management, sales, or business analysis in hospitality or convention centers.
- Strong analytical and financial skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau.
- Knowledge of CRM/booking systems and hospitality revenue platforms.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Valid Florida Driver’s License required; revenue or business analytics certifications preferred.
