Engage in an evening of mindful movement and inner exploration designed to foster connection within yourself and the community. Creative Movement: The Experience will be presented by Modern ŌM on Tuesday, June 3 at The Sacred Space.
This event offers a moving meditation experience incorporating breathwork, dance, yoga and meditation. The session aims to guide participants on a journey of self-discovery and holistic well-being, utilizing the elements of breath, rhythmic beats and sound. Non-alcoholic beverages for the event are sponsored by Little Saints.
The experience will be led by Ashli Katz, a fitness professional who integrates dance, rhythm, movement and breath into her practice.
Paid street parking is available on 24th Street and 25th Street. Attendees are advised to bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, a refillable water bottle, a blanket (optional), a journal and a pen.
