Michelin Bib Gourmand Restaurants in Miami
- May 29, 2026
The culinary scene in Greater Miami and Miami Beach continues to earn global recognition. The 2026 MICHELIN Bib Gourmand list now features 18 Miami restaurants, including four new additions celebrated for offering quality meals at great value. Explore some of the destination’s most exciting dining spots and treat your taste buds to something special.
Barra Callao
Barra Callao, located in a strip mall in North Miami Beach, is a newcomer to the MICHELIN Bib Gourmand in 2026. The tiny, no-frills Peruvian seafood restaurant is counter-service only and offers a tight menu of around dozen dishes. Here, it’s all about the beautifully presented, high-quality cuisine, including ceviche prepared fresh on the spot. Go for the causas, made with layers of mashed potatoes and filled with either blue crab, octopus or spicy tuna; and hot plates like the truffle parmesan scallops with parmesan cheese.
Cotoa
Ecuador is at the center of Cotoa in North Miami, from the heartfelt food to the cozy dining room’s décor and welcoming service. Chef Alejandra Espinoza's menu features Ecuadorian cuisine with inventive twists, and you’ll want to keep the brightly-colored plates coming to taste all the different flavors. Start with an order of pan de yuca, a traditional warm, pillowy cheese bread. The MICHELIN Guide also calls out the crunchy cassava croquettes and mahi mahi ceviche made with a coconut peanut sauce.
Double Luck
At Double Luck, an intimate, dimly lit restaurant in Miami's Upper East Side, familiar Chinese dishes boast a dash of creativity. The team takes liberties with fun spins on classics, like the standout crispy crab leg rangoon stuffed with snow crab and cream cheese; the popular Hennessy orange chicken bathed in a mandarin cognac sauce, and the crispy shredded duck salad with an herby selection of cilantro and watercress.
To Be Determined
The name To Be Determined, suggests a culinary adventure, and that's exactly what you'll get at this understated wine bar and restaurant in Coral Gables where everything is made in-house. With seasonality at its core, the menu from chef buds Richard Ortega and Jhonny Delgado is ever-changing. What remains consistent is the creativity, quality and killer playlist that sets the mood for amazing date nights. If they’re on the menu when you go, order the lump crab cavatelli with Calabrian butter, scallop espuma over potato chips and smoky blue oyster mushrooms. Don’t miss the flan, hailed as one of the best in Miami, paired with a coffee.
Lucali
In the heated debate over Miami's best pizza spots, Lucali consistently ranks among the top, and for good reason. Nestled in the Sunset Harbour neighborhood of South Beach, this rustic pizzeria and Italian restaurant serves blistered brick-oven pizzas that get high praise from MICHELIN. For a special treat, top a 20-inch pie with meatball crumbles, hot peppers and imported Italian artichoke hearts.

Sanguich De Miami
Devour tasty Cuban eats at the always bustling Sanguich de Miami, an elevated and approachable sandwich shop that started in Little Havana and has since grown to multiple locations across the destination. MICHELIN’s choices from the small-but-mighty menu include a Cubano sandwich on house-made bread, hearty pan con lechon with tender shredded pork and garlic cilantro aioli, and the dare-you-to-eat-just-one croquetas.

Chug's Diner
Day or night, comfort food shines at Chug's Diner in Coconut Grove. Helmed by lauded Miami chef Michael Beltran (whose childhood nickname was “Chug”), this casual Cuban American spot serves gut-busting handhelds like the pan con bistec made with short rib, Swiss cheese, mojo onions, veal au jus, horseradish aioli and papitas. Or go for the satisfying Abuela’s Plate with white rice, black beans, banana lechón, pollo a la plancha and chicharrón. There's also a to-go window where you should definitely grab a flaky guava and cream cheese pastelito and, of course, cafecito.

Zitz Sum
Zitz Sum is an Asian fusion restaurant in Coral Gables that turns out unique dishes with unexpected flavors, thanks to the chef’s Italian cooking techniques and ingredients. The á la carte menu changes frequently, but look out for mainstays like charred cabbage, wonton in brodo (a wonton filled with chicken and oyster mushrooms in a shoyu broth) and ora king salmon.

Tinta Y Café
Dripping with charm, Tinta y Café is a homey spot in Coral Gables (with a second location in Miami Shores) devoted to freshly made sandwiches and out-of-this-world coffee. Order from the to-go window or snag a seat in the adorable cafe to dive into Cuban-inspired specialties. MICHELIN touts the restaurant’s Patria, made with pork, ham and Swiss cheese; as well as the deep-fried croquetas and Pavo Real, layered with guava and cream cheese.

Ghee Indian Kitchen
Ghee Indian Kitchen, helmed by Chef Niven Patel and located in Kendall’s Downtown Dadeland, (with a second location in Wynwood), immediately grabs your attention with its rich aroma of exotic spices. Chef Patel sources many of the menu’s ingredients from his personal farm, and packs the small menu with can’t-miss dishes like flavorful curries, tender roasted Kerala lamb with coconut milk and duck confit samosas.

Michael's Genuine Food & Drink
As one of the Miami Design District's original restaurants, Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink is a landmark that’s still garnering attention after more than 15 years in business. Locals love to stop in after a day of shopping or for a casual night out with friends, and MICHELIN stands behind house staples like homemade pastas, pizzas and pan-roasted chicken.

Phuc Yea
Expect a fun time and food unlike anything you’ve ever had at Phuc Yea in Miami’s Upper East Side neighborhood. Heralded for its shareable Vietnamese dishes that mix Cajun and Latin flavors, the restaurant’s delicious items include crispy imperial rolls, garlic-butter egg noodles and its beloved pho.
El Turco
Hidden away in the Upper Buena Vista shopping enclave, El Turco is the place to savor authentic Turkish food in a lush, bohemian atmosphere. MICHELIN recommends breakfast items that include organic eggs and savory pastries, such as the baked-in-house borek, as well as manti (dumplings) and beef meatballs simmering in tomato sauce.
La Natural
Creative pizzas from a wood-burning oven star at La Natural in Miami’s Little River neighborhood. The relaxed spot regularly draws a crowd of local fans who come for dishes starring seasonal veggies and pizzas, such as the white sauce, speck and basil pie. The restaurant boasts one of the largest selections of natural wines in the destination, perfect for pizza pairings.

Bachour
Pastry chef legend Antonio Bachour’s namesake Bachour restaurant in Coral Gables flaunts many menu delights beyond his pretty-as-art pastries. MICHELIN recommends dishes such as fettucine pomodoro and seafood causa salad – and taking home any of the decadent pastries and desserts.

Hometown Barbecue
Located in the burgeoning Allapattah neighborhood, Hometown Barbecue is a hotspot for authentic barbeque. Come hungry and dig into pit-smoked meats, like the MICHELIN-favored brisket or the salt-and-pepper-encrusted beef rib. Sides such as the Frito pie, smoked pit beans and hometown slaw complete the experience.

Mandolin Aegean Bistro
With its breezy al fresco terrace and delicious Greek and Turkish cuisine, Mandolin Aegean Bistro is a slice of Mediterranean paradise on the fringes of the chic Miami Design District. Work your way through the mezze-heavy menu, then enjoy mains like manti dumplings, moussaka and grilled whole sea bass. MICHELIN suggests ending the meal with dessert and a Turkish coffee.
Tâm Tâm
In Vietnamese, when someone says it's time to "nhau," it's an invitation to drink and dine. Husband-and-husband team Tam Pham and Harrison Ramhofer have brought this concept to life at Tâm Tâm in Downtown Miami. What started as an underground supper club has transformed into a celebration of Vietnamese cooking. Order the Tam Tam wings coated in a fish caramel sauce, the tamarind-glazed pork ribs and the cashew cream cheesecake. Tâm Tâm also features excellent vegan options and a notable wine bar and drink menu with rice wines, Korean beer, spiked Vietnamese iced coffee and salted lemonade.
