Dine Into the New Year at Prime 54

Welcome 2025 with an exquisite dining experience at Prime 54 in the Fontainebleau Miami Beach on Tuesday, December 31. Guests will enjoy a prix fixe menu showcasing the restaurant’s signature steakhouse classics, paired with an optional champagne menu for festive toasts throughout the evening.
Two seating options are offered: the first at 6:00 p.m. ($199++ for adults, $79++ for children) and the second at 8:30 p.m. ($299++ for adults, $89++ for children). A children’s menu is available upon request for guests under 10 years old.
