Discover the calming and creative practice of mindful doodling at Vizcaya Village. On Thursday, January 16, Doodling for Mindfulness: A Night Market Wellness Class invites participants to explore wellness and self-discovery through expressive art therapy techniques.
Led by Dr. Patricia Isis, an expert in expressive therapies, this workshop incorporates mindfulness practices, stress assessments, group sharing and research-based protocols to inspire balance and empowerment. Participants will create and embellish doodles, using mandalas to promote positivity, and share their work in a supportive community setting. This session is part of Vizcaya’s Thoughtful Thursday Wellness Series, designed to foster community and self-care through engaging activities.
