Marathon Mom screens Tuesday, July 15 at the Alan & Diane Lieberman Theater at the Michael-Ann Russell JCC. The film follows Beatie Deutsch as she trains to qualify for the Olympic marathon while balancing her roles as a wife, mother and public figure. As she navigates questions of faith, pressure and personal growth, Beatie’s story unfolds as more than an athletic journey. Instead, it evolves into a powerful reflection on purpose and the choices that shape a meaningful life.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. with kosher wine, popcorn and conversation. Admission is free and open to ages 25 and up.
