Celebrate National Caviar Day with a four-course menu at The Surf Club Restaurant on Tuesday, July 18. The dinner features six distinct varieties of Regiis Ova Caviar paired with Dry Aged Hiramasa, Coquilles-St. Jacques, Slow Poached Atlantic Halibut and Matcha Crème Brûlée to cap off the evening.
