Haitian Compas Festival
May 16, 2026
From: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
A full day of live music, food and cultural programming celebrates Haitian heritage at an open-air festival in North Miami. The 28th Annual Haitian Compas Festival takes place Saturday, May 16 at The NoMI Village.
Recognized as a longstanding event in the Haitian music scene, the festival brings together leading artists and DJs representing compas (konpa dirèk) and contemporary Haitian sounds. This year’s lineup includes Klass, Kai, Vayb and T-Vice, along with a range of DJs and performers contributing to a continuous, high-energy program throughout the day.
In addition to live performances, the event features food vendors, art and community activations. Established more than two decades ago, the Haitian Compas Festival continues to serve as a platform for celebrating music and cultural identity.
