Indulge in an exclusive and intimate culinary experience at Bellmónt Spanish Restaurant's private wine pairing dinner Savor Spain, a delectable 5-course dinner presented by the restaurant's founder and Executive Chef Sergio Catalina Bellmont. The dinner features the restaurant's renowned Roasted Suckling Pig “Cochinillo a la Leña estilo Segoviano.” This iconic dish will be paired with two glasses of fine wine carefully selected from the regions of Ribera Del Duero and Toro.
The Savor Spain one-on-one pairing dinner is available for parties of two or more, exclusively on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays for dinner service. Blackout dates fall on the following Saturdays: August 5 and 19, September 9 and 23. Indoor and outdoor dining is available.
To ensure an evening tailored to your preferences, the restaurant requests that tickets be purchased at least three hours prior to the desired reservation time. This allows Chef Bellmont and the team enough time to prepare.
