The Rare Tour at Daniel's Miami

For the first time in the United States, The Rare Tour—the internationally acclaimed dining series celebrating the world’s finest steakhouses—lands in Miami for a three-night engagement at Daniel’s Miami, October 9–11.

Hosted by Gioia Hospitality Group, the prestigious global tour pairs Daniel’s Culinary Director Danny Ganem with Chef Santiago Aristizabal of Rockpool Bar & Grill in Sydney, ranked No. 12 on the World’s 101 Best Steak Restaurants list. Together, they’ll present an extraordinary five-course menu with curated wine pairings from Darioush (October 9) and Vega Sicilia (October 10–11). Each evening begins with a Grey Goose Altius cocktail reception at 6 p.m., followed by dinner at 7:30 p.m.

Founded by London-based Upper Cut Concepts, The Rare Tour has become a fixture in global culinary capitals such as London, Florence and Buenos Aires. Its Miami debut marks a milestone for both the series and Gioia Hospitality, reflecting the city’s growing prominence on the world dining stage.
