We Met at Game Night: Queer Love takes place Sunday, June 1 at Ironside Cafe Bistro. Timed rounds of board and card games will be followed by table shuffles to encourage mixing, and the evening wraps up with a guided conversation to help participants connect more meaningfully. A wristband system lets attendees share what they’re looking for—love, friendship or both—while a “Matchbox” system offers help reconnecting after the event if there's mutual interest.
Aimed at LGBTQIA singles ages 25-45, the event includes food and beverage options for purchase and offers discounted entry for members of We Met in Miami, a nonprofit focused on building community through gatherings and civic engagement. Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. at the Ironside Cafe Bistro, which offers nearby PayByPhone parking, bike racks and limited free street parking.
