Presented by La Stratosphere Miami, Women's Day: Taetek & Meditation class takes place on Saturday, March 8 at Mundo E&E Showroom, offering participants a morning of movement, mindfulness and creative inspiration.
The event begins with check-in from 9:00-9:30 a.m., followed by a dynamic TaeTek class led by Juan Carlos Pernia from 9:30-10:30 a.m. This innovative workout combines martial arts precision with aerobic rhythm, incorporating memory-building techniques into empowering choreography. Designed for all fitness levels, TaeTek aims to improve coordination, concentration and overall mood through full-body engagement.
From 11:00am-12:00pm, attendees will transition to a guided meditation session with Marilyn Duarte of True Self Wellness Center. This thoughtful practice provides tools for improving concentration, reducing stress and connecting with one's inner self.
Throughout the event, participants can explore the work of several featured artists and designers. Katherine Cordero, the creative force behind The Stratosphere Miami, will showcase her handcrafted jewelry collection. Additional highlights include Colombian handmade shoes by Agatha Design, artisanal candles from Reyess Beauty and wearable art pieces by event hosts MundoE&E.
