SEED Food & Wine Week

November 3-7

SEED Food & Wine Week is the biggest all-vegan food and wine festival of its kind in the country. The five-day event features cooking and fitness demonstrations, more than 200 exhibitors, speakers and plant-based food and drink tastings. Don’t miss the 5th Annual Plant-Based Burger Battle or the “New York State of Mind” dinner by three celebrity chefs. The festival will take place at various locations across Greater Miami & Miami Beach.

American Black Film Festival (ABFF)

November 3-28

Now in its 25th year, the American Black Film Festival (ABFF) brings together Black actors, filmmakers and movie aficionados from all over the world and showcases the Black film community. See movie and television premieres, panels and more. The 2021 event will be entirely virtual, and you can watch it for free.

Santa’s Enchanted Forest

November 4-January 2

The largest Christmas carnival in the world, Santa’s Enchanted Forest now takes place in Hialeah Park with festive rides, games and funhouses – along with a 92-foot tall Christmas tree, more than three million Christmas lights and holiday treats.

Baynanza 2021 Biscayne Bay Cleanup Day

November 6

Join thousands of local volunteers at the Deering Estate for Baynanza Biscayne Bay Cleanup Day, the largest shoreline cleanup in Miami-Dade County. This annual event recognizes Biscayne Bay as a critical ecosystem that should be preserved.

Annual Veteran’s Day Parade

November 7

The longest-running Veteran’s Day Parade in Miami-Dade County, the Veteran’s Day Parade in Miami Lakes returns for its 42nd year. The Sunday before Veteran’s Day, find a spot along Ludlam Road and wave your flag in honor of veterans and active-duty military.

20th Annual Miami short Film Festival (MIAMIsFF)

November 12-14

The Miami short Film Festival (MIAMIsFF) showcases films between one and 20 minutes long. The festival will debut more than 55 shorts, feature a special “Locals Only” section and kick things off with an opening night gala at the Deering Estate, complete with a red carpet. All 2021 events will take place at the Deering Estate and Regal South Beach.

A night of whimsy & magic at NightGarden

NightGarden: A Magical Light Spectacular

November 12-January 2

The beloved NightGarden holiday light event returns. This whimsical family-friendly event transforms Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden into a magical wonderland with stunning illuminations, spectacular special effects, talking trees, interactive mysteries and colorful lights everywhere. Food trucks will sell food and beverages onsite.

38th Annual Miami Book Fair

November 14-21

Each November, Miami proudly welcomes one of the country’s premier literary events: the Miami Book Fair. Renowned authors, poets, journalists and critics will host readings, panel discussions and lectures about their latest work. This year’s festival will be a hybrid event, with its 300+ authors featured both in-person and online.

Miami Dragon Boat Festival

Paddling enthusiasts can take part in or watch this exhilarating series of races at the Miami Marine Stadium, with Downtown Miami as its stunning backdrop. Learn about this uncommon sport and explore the onsite Health and Wellness Village.

3rd Annual Celebrity Soccer League

November 20

Enjoy a fun afternoon of celebrity-spotting, sports and a good cause when you head to this year’s Celebrity Soccer League. Taking place at the North Beach Bandshell, this match will feature celebrity players, pro athletes, models and more. Event proceeds benefit the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce Education Foundation.
